KNCSB collegiate ministries are in high gear as they seek to reach new students at the beginning of the fall semester.

Christian Challenge at Kansas State University, Manhattan, has a busy schedule of training and outreach events. Robbie Nutter, director, sent these dates and prayer requests:

Aug. 18-21 – Leadership Training Week
These days will be devoted to prayer and preparation with around 80 student leaders. Please pray that God would use these days to stir our hearts for Him and that He would align our hearts with His for what He’s doing at KSU.

Aug. 24-Sept 1 – Welcome Week at KSU
We will be helping students move into the dorms and hosting events most nights. Please pray that God would rescue many students during this week from running down the road that leads to destruction.

Tuesday night, Aug. 27 – Challenge Kickoff
We’ve had more than 1,000 students attend our kickoff each of the last four years. I will be speaking that night — inviting students to move toward Christ during their time in college. Please pray that God would speak through me. Ask Him to would push back the darkness on campus as we worship and proclaim Him under the stars in the free-speech zone on campus.
