Three Native American men from Oklahoma visited Solid Rock Baptist Fellowship, Alliance, Neb., on Monday, April 9.
Solid Rock Baptist Fellowship is a simple church that meets once a month. It is comprised mostly of Native Americans from the Lakota Sioux tribe.
The event featured a late Easter celebration, a dinner that included fry bread, a Native American delicacy, and a gospel concert. More than 50 people attended.
“We are thankful for these three men who traveled from Oklahoma to minister to us in Alliance,” said Doug Lee.
Doug is a church planter in Western Nebraska. He and his wife, Brenda, lead Western Trails Ministry.
